While in NY last week our design team decided to take a side trip to Montauk..

Our favorite summer escape, and now a wildly groovy hipster mecca.. It will forever be our little secret, but suddenly it’s exploded to become the ultimate destination in the Hamptons. The beaches there are beautiful with great surf spots and a totally laid back beach vibe..

We stayed at the The East Deck Motel – a journey back to my 70’s childhood summer holiday..

It really was just perfect and so was Alice who owns the place..

Make sure you get to the Surf Lodge for a sunset cocktail and watch the craziness of The Hampton’s go by..
